30-Year Fixed-Rate Mortgage

Stability You Can Count On

A 30-year fixed-rate mortgage offers predictable monthly principal and interest payments and long-term stability, making it one of the most common home financing options. Your interest rate remains the same throughout the life of the loan, making it easier to budget and plan ahead. With generally lower monthly principal and interest payments than shorter-term mortgages, it can provide greater flexibility while helping you achieve your homeownership goals.

15-Year Fixed-Rate Mortgage

The Fast Track to Home Ownership

A 15-year fixed-rate mortgage can help you build equity faster and reduce the total interest paid over the life of your loan. Your interest rate remains fixed, giving you predictable monthly principal and interest payments from start to finish. While monthly payments are typically higher than with a 30-year mortgage, the shorter term can help you pay off your home sooner and potentially save significantly on interest.

Adjustable-Rate Mortgage (ARM)

Lower Initial Rates. More Flexibility.

An adjustable-rate mortgage (ARM) typically offers a lower initial interest rate than many fixed-rate options, which may mean lower monthly payments during the initial fixed-rate period. It can be a flexible option for buyers who plan to move, sell, or refinance before the adjustable period begins.

After the initial fixed-rate period, the interest rate can change periodically based on the terms of the loan and market conditions. Our team will walk you through how the loan works and help you determine whether an ARM aligns with your financial goals and homeownership plans.

An FHA loan is a government-insured mortgage designed to make homeownership more accessible. Backed by the Federal Housing Administration, FHA loans offer lower down payment requirements and more flexible qualification guidelines than some conventional loan options.

These features can make FHA financing a strong option for first-time homebuyers and borrowers who may have limited savings or lower credit scores. Our team can help you understand the requirements and determine whether an FHA loan fits your homeownership goals.
